Theories of Personality

Dr. Chrisanna Mastorakis, Fall 2023

Project Two was the culmination of the learning term. Formatted as a popular blog post, I was able to continue to explore my own personality, have humility, and discover how I can improve myself. I added this to the career connections tab of my e-portfolio as it focuses greatly on workplace behavior and relationships. This project shows the benefit of understanding psychology in any workplace, not just a clinical setting.

Psychology and Social Change

Professor Ryan Aldrich, Summer 2024

This learning milestone was enlightening as I researched numerous scholarly articles related to social change, created an annotated bibliography, then reflected on the themes that had emerged throughout the research.

Psychology and Social Change

Professor Ryan Aldrich, Summer 2024

This learning milestone was highly reflective of the knowledge I had gained through my studies in psychology and their application in the workplace, specifically into training for advocacy. Social learning and schema theories are prominent within this paper.

Psychology and Social Change

Professor Ryan Aldrich, Summer 2024

This journal assignment first had me reflecting on my leadership values, then asked me how these values could be turned into action if I was taking over a tech company that had some seemingly questionable/biased hiring practices. Collaboration, positive change orientation, and emotional intelligence are my core leadership values that I put into action to enact the necessary change.
